By practicing this 3-minute Be Here Now meditation, you can enhance your mindfulness throughout the day by synchronizing your breath with a mantra to anchor yourself in the present moment.

This quick meditation is a great way to start your day or connect with your breath and your thoughts.

Mantra meditation is part of my daily self-care routine. It reminds me to stay present in the present moment—the only moment we have. So many of our thoughts are about past events or things that haven’t yet occurred. This meditation can help you be here now, wherever that is for you.

Try this beginner meditation, which synchronizes words, or a mantra, with your inhales and exhales. Know that it’s OK to be where you are right now. It’s OK to be here now.
