"No"can be the most positive thing you say all day. Learn more about this Word of the Week.
Word of the Week: No
You’re not letting other people down. Say it with a smile, not a frown.
Saying "no" gets a bad rap. But it can be the best thing you say all day when you say it in the interest of setting boundaries for yourself.
Saying "no" can create space in your life where and when you need it most.
When you say "no," you can start saying "yes" more often to yourself and the things that are most important to you.
Say it with me now. "No!"
