Channel more creativity with this quick self-care practice that includes a meditation.
When was the last time you were in a creative rut? If you’re in one now, there are many things you can do to pull yourself out.
You can practice yoga.
You can exercise outside.
You can journal.
You can meditate.
You can prepare a nourishing meal.
I can go on and on about the benefits of meditation. For several paragraphs. But you have to experience meditation for yourself (it is your own experience and presence you bring to it that matters, after all) to truly witness what it has to offer you. It always has something to offer you.
My go-to practice when I want to inspire more creativity in my life is meditation, which is why I offer the meditation below.

In this moment, I feel creative. I can access my creativity any time.
In this moment, I feel inspired. I can access inspiration at any time.
