Enhance your creative vision with this meditation for creativity designed to inspire more ideas.
When was the last time you were in a creative rut? If you’re in one now, there are many things you can do to pull yourself out of it.
You can practice yoga.
You can exercise outside.
You can journal.
You can meditate.
You can prepare a nourishing meal.
I can go on and on about the benefits of meditation. For several paragraphs. But you have to experience meditation for yourself to truly witness what it has to offer you. It is your own experience and presence you bring to it that matters, after all. Meditation always has something to offer you.
My go-to practice when I want to inspire more creativity in my life is meditation, which is why I created this meditation for creativity.

In this moment, I feel creative. I can access my creativity any time.
In this moment, I feel inspired. I can access inspiration at any time.
