It doesn’t always mean speed. It will depend on the need.
Throughout my life, I have accelerated quickly, slowly and somewhere in between, depending on the activity, the need and my energy levels. I'm sure you can relate.
Some of it's intuitive, a knowing on how quickly to shift gears and how much you need to pause.
If you listen to your inner self closely, you will know when you need to accelerate and when you don't. Meditation is a great place to start with trusting your intuition and the wisdom that it brings. Start with meditation practices on this website, as well as at the links below.
