What do you want to advance in your life? Is it your career? Your health? Your understanding of a topic? It could be many of these things. It could be more than these things.
Find what it is you want to advance in your life and then take action on it.
One way I embody the word advance in my life is by continuing to study yoga and Ayurveda, yoga's sister science. These self-care practices help me advance in my understanding of myself, which impacts every area of my life. I am more connected to my mind, body and spirit now than I was 10 years ago because of yoga and Ayurveda.
Yoga and Ayurveda also allow me to share their benefits with other people so that they can advance their own lives as well through these lifestyle practices. I teach and write about both yoga and Ayurveda. Check out the resources below to learn more about these life-changing self-care practices!
