All you can do: be true to you.
When are you your truest self? Is it when you're alone dancing or singing in your home? Is it with someone else? Is it during an activity, such as journaling or cooking?
Begin to notice when you feel like your most authentic self. Start to observe how you feel and the quality of your thoughts in these moments. You can write them down to remember them, or you can create a memory of the feeling that can help you reconnect to it the next time you experience it.
