Choose self-love by practicing self-care, over and over again. Start small by building on self-care practices you already do.
The average person makes up to 35,000 decisions in one day. The freedom of choice can be overwhelming at times from major life decisions to the most minor things, such as when you’re standing in the produce section at the grocery store and you can’t decide which package of raspberries to buy. (It happens to me all the time.)

Pushing myself too much sometimes is my choice, but the beauty of choice is that I can do it differently tomorrow.
I have a choice to rest or work more. I have a choice to be driven by calling and curiosity or obligation and expectation.
I have a choice to be present and not check my phone when my family and friends are around.
I have a choice to follow my own unique path and lift up others in the process.
I have a choice to love more and fear less.
I have a choice to feed my body nourishing, nutrient-dense foods and learn how to cook them in delicious ways.
I have a choice to respect my body by moving in ways that feel great to me through yoga, walking and exercise.
I have a choice to tune in to the high vibes all around, from positive news stories to entertainment, books and articles filled with love and lightness.
I have a choice to not do it all and accept that I am enough as I am.
I have a choice to stand up for my self-care.
Who’s with me? I hope you’ll choose self-care and self-love, too. Over and over and over again.
