What do you need more clarity on?
Two ways I get more clarity are journaling and meditation.
I meditate every morning, even if I have less than a minute to close my eyes. I'll repeat a mantra or word like "clarity" to help me embody that feeling or thought throughout that day.
I journal every evening before bed, even if it's only for a few minutes. Journaling helps me organize my thoughts and brings clarity to my decision-making process.
Both journaling and meditation are vital to my daily self-care routine. I keep coming back to them every day because they help me get clear on what I want and need. They help me find clarity.
