It takes self-discipline and determination to live the life you want to live.
So, how do you want to live? Are there changes you would like to make to your life right now to make it happen?
What is the ultimate vision of your life?
Everyone has to start somewhere. You can get started by creating boundaries for yourself to help build the live you envision.
Yoga has helped me shape the vision of my life, and this spiritual discipline has kept me committed to myself, my values and my goals.
Start with the smallest, most realistic goal and build from there. Once you achieve several smaller goals, you'll gain more confidence in your abilities to life the life you have always imagined.
