Busy moms have never-ending to-do lists and competing priorities. Reserve the sacred top spot on your list for yourself and your self-care.
When it comes to your to-do list, what or who makes the top spot? Your partner? The kids? Your job?
What about you?
Where are you on your list? Do you even get a spot?
What if I told you that putting yourself first would help you in every aspect of your life?
If you don’t put yourself first, then who will?
The first space on your to-do list is a sacred space, and that space should be reserved for you and your self-care.
Every day when you wake up, do something that’s just for you. Drink some tea and watch the sun rise, journal about your goals for the day, exercise for 30 minutes or meditate for a minute. At the end of the day, you’ll be so glad you prioritized your self-care.
