Busy moms juggle endless tasks and priorities. Reserve the most important spot on your list for yourself and your self-care with the mantra: "I am a priority."
When it comes to your to-do list, what or who makes the top spot? Your partner? The kids? Your job?
What about you?
Where are you on your list? Do you even get a spot?
What if I told you that putting yourself first would help you in every area of your life?
If you don’t put yourself first, then who will?
If you don't put yourself first on your list now, then when?
The first space on your to-do list is a sacred spot that is reserved for you and your self-care.
Every day when you wake up, do something just for you. Drink some tea and watch the sun rise, journal about your goals for the day, exercise for 30 minutes or meditate for a minute. At the end of the day, you’ll be so glad you prioritized your self-care.
