Embrace the mantra, "I am not alone," to support your mental health and well-being throughout the year, not just during Mental Health Awareness Month.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, but the importance of mental health extends beyond any month or day.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the focus turned to supporting mental health and well-being because we endured the unexpected for a much longer period of time than any of us thought.
Loneliness lurked around every corner for many of us during the pandemic, and for some of us, it hasn’t left.
But we’re never alone.
We have each other.
If you feel alone, please reach out to a family member, friend or mental health professional who can help.
Your well-being, especially your mental and emotional well-being, matters.
