October is National Work and Family Month. You're handling so much, mama. Acknowledge that with the mantra: "I am the mom my children need."
October is National Work and Family Month. As a mom, how often do you doubt yourself and turn to others for answers? You might doubt that you’re not good enough, present enough, happy enough, fill-in-the-blank enough.
So what can you do?
You might look to friends, family members and experts for the answers. But often, when you look within, you will see that you already have all the answers you are seeking. You already know.
In honor of all of the working moms and working parents out there, thank you for doing what you do. It’s not easy to do what you do. But know that you are exactly who your children need.
