Take good care of yourself with self-care, mama. You deserve just as much time, energy and attention as everyone else in your home and in your life.
Becoming a parent helped me realize that as moms, we can be the ultimate mothers to ourselves by taking super good care of ourselves. We can make sure we have nourishing meals to eat, enough sleep every day, and that we’re balancing work and rest.
We know how to mother ourselves. We just have to prioritize our well-being, too. We are just as important as anyone else.
