There are times when you're not sure what to do. Remember that it's OK not to know all the answers. Allow the solution to reveal itself naturally over time.

It's OK Not to Know
“It's OK not to know” is an acceptable answer.

Sometimes my mantra is “I don’t know.”

I don’t like not knowing, but who does?

The unknown is an uncomfortable space to be. For example, the COVID-19 pandemic was an entire period of time of living in the unknown. We lived day-to-day in the unknown about our health and the health of our family, friends and the world for many months.

It’s OK not to know and to not have an answer right this very minute. Eventually and over time, what you need will reveal itself.

Let go of the need to control everything right now. Sometimes you’re better off saying, “I don’t know,” until what you need naturally comes to you.
