Word of the Week: Purpose
Find it. Know it. Love it. Grow it.
Can you confidently name your purpose in life? In yoga, we call purpose or life path dharma. What’s your dharma? Do you honor it and live it daily?
Here’s a practice to help you get closer to your purpose.
Get a notebook piece of paper and pen. Create a quiet, relaxing environment. You can even play calming music and adjust your lighting. Plan to sit for 10 or 15 minutes and just free form write about your life’s purpose and what it means to live your life with purpose. Be honest here; fully express your thoughts and feelings. If you get stuck, use these writing prompts:
What do I most value doing?
In what ways do I feel like I contribute my gifts and talents?
What work do I still have to do to fulfill my purpose?
To more fully manifest and align with your purpose, sign up for an upcoming vision board workshop.
