There’s nowhere to be.
I often find myself repeating this when I feel stressed and rushed—it helps balance the chaos and anxiety of the moment. And it’s better than rush, rush, rush, rush, rush, rush, rush.
What's the No. 1 thing that makes me stressed? Rushing.

So why do so many of us continually find ourselves rushing all the time?
At this point, we rush out of habit because we’re trying to keep up with all the things. Rushing to get somewhere on time is like winning a race with no medal.
What if I told you that there’s nowhere to be other than right here, right now? With this inhale. And this exhale. That’s what I do when I find myself rushing.
