Get started on dreaming up your next big idea and then take action.

Think about a time when you had a great idea that was made manifest. Where were you when you first thought of it? Where did the idea come from? What did you do with it? Did your idea grow or did it dim?

My creative ideas often show up during meditation, when I journal and when I’m in nature. I watch how nature is always moving—clouds gliding across the sky, birds floating and tree branches swaying. It’s in these moments that I feel most connected to the universal source of all creation. And it’s in these moments that I can connect to the expansiveness of my ideas.

Nature thinks big, not small. For example, the changes of the seasons—although they happen rhythmically and gradually—are big changes. One big change leads to the next one.

Be like nature. Know when to be still and conserve your energy and know when to evolve into the next expression of yourself.

Ayurveda teaches us that we are a microcosm to the macrocosm. Everything that is happening in nature at the moment is also, to some degree, impacting us.

We are all cosmically connected to a source that connects us all.

When you and the universe unite, you're unstoppable.

Play big, not small. Think big, not small. You are worthy of a robust life.

Practice It: Dream Up Your Next Big Idea

Think about one idea you’ve had for a while that hasn’t yet been born or fully formed. Now think about dedicating the time and attention to this idea without limits—time, money and resources. How would this change your perspective about your idea? How can you grow it from a tiny seed so that it can bloom into its fullest potential?
