October 19 is Evaluate Your Life Day. Yes, there’s a day for that—a day to reflect on where you are now and where you’re headed.
When I was growing up, I always wanted to be a writer, so I dedicated myself to writing and I matched it with my interest in health and wellness.
I wrote my first book, 108 Yoga and Self-Care Practices for Busy Mamas, when my middle child was a toddler. I wrote my second book during the pandemic to help inspire other people to live well. Inspiring other people to live well by helping them prioritize self-care is what I want to be remembered by.
