Learn how self-care can reduce stress. Pay attention to when you feel your happiest and healthiest.

When you’re pregnant, all you want for your little one is for them to be healthy and happy.

What about your own mom and how they wanted those things for you, too?

Reflection moment: When have you felt your best in mind, body and spirit recently? What were you doing? Where were you going? Why was this time in your life different than other times?

Pay attention to who you're with and what you're doing the next time you feel good.

I’ve found that these are the things I’m doing when I feel my best:

  • Hugging my kids and husband

  • Laughing

  • Practicing yoga

  • Exercising

  • Meditating

  • Reading

  • Being outside

  • Cooking something healthy and then eating it

  • Taking a bath

This, of course, is all related to self-care. Self-care helps me feel my best.

Now it’s your turn.

It’s easy to forget how to feel good and alive when you’re just going through the motions of life. Come back to yourself with this self-care tip.
